How Does it Work?

Once Krista has received a request from you, she will personally contact you to arrange a FREE half hour initial consultation to learn more about you, determine your needs, and answer your questions.  During this conversation, Krista will be able to ascertain how she can best assist you in meeting your goals.  You will then receive information on program availability and cost.

Affordability is important.  Krista understands that individual needs are different, and therefore does not use a “one size fits all” approach in providing her services to individual clients.   Program costs operate under a similar philosophy.  The cost of YOUR individual program is determined based on the level of service provided to you.
